| Quality Assurance Policy |
| The laboratory has established and maintained a Quality Assurance Program. The Quality Assurance Officer reports directly to the President of the company. Annual Quality Assurance Program reviews are undertaken to assess the programs effectiveness. Routine Audits of procedures and processes against standard operating procedures are preformed. Training in the implementation of the Quality Assurance Program has been implemented and maintained. |
